This company signed a 20 year gaming concession contract on 24 June 2002, wich is valid from 27 June 2002 to 26 June 2022.
The major share holders are the american Steve Wynn and Wong Chi Seng, another major shareholder is the japanese slot producer, Kazuo Okada.
By contract the concessionaire is obligated to invest at least about 513 million USD ( 4 billion patacas) over the next 7 years and its first casino must open no later than 2006.
The Wynn began the buiding of his hotel casino tower in 2004, the Wynn Casino, that was openned to the public on 2006, September 6. |
