The second time the WIN CARDS Program was used at Circus Circus, LV, a bonus feature was added to the 15 1-NCV chips for $10. The player could opt to add $10 more, for a total of $20, and receive 3 5-NCV chips in the package. The 5-NCV chips could not be bought separately and required buying-in to the 15 1-NCV chips first. The 1-NCV chips used were from the earlier (Series 1) WIN CARDS Program.
