Effective October 1, 2023, the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, under Caesars Entertainment ownership, ceased to operating under that ownership and began ownership under Dreamscape Companies as the Rio Las Vegas. TITO's printed before that date can only be cashed at Caesars Palace, Main Cage. Cashing in gaming chips below $1,000 can be done at any time, but cashing in a $1,000 gaming chip will require validation of play. The Caesars-based player rewards program has been completely discontinued there and a new program is now in operation, Rio Rewards, with four tier levels. |
