The person who had them used to be a cage manager at Chinook Winds and tells me that they were a drop chip for 2-3 days when they first opened, (they used to charge a fee to play BJ). They were quickly discontinued and they switched to using quarters. Supposedly the dealer would drop one of these into their drop box everytime they dealt a round.
