In 1968 and 1969, T. R. King shipped 1200 of these small crown chips in four denominations to the Cue Club, c/o Mel E. Johnson, 228 Fairview St., Ridgecrest, CA. Other club supplies were shipped to Ivan R. Goff.

A TRK order card list the address of the club as 115 China Lake Blvd., Ridgecrest, however The Gaming Table (5th Ed.) list the club as being at 1301 China Lake Blvd., Ridgecrest.
