Owned by Charles D. Modlin. Modlin also owned the adjacent Comanche Bowl, a bowling alley and bar, which was raided in 1960 for having illegal pinball gambling devices (see "Archive").

T. R. King sold 5300 of these small crown chips in six denominations, and more color combinations, to the Comanche Club, C. D. Modlin, 7578 El Cajon Boulevard, La Mesa, California, between 1955 and 1961.
