Owned by Bruno Frediani who ordered chips from C. W. Rice in 1970. From 1976 to 1977, "Fran's Card Room", and in 1978 "Betty's Card Room" operated inside of the West House. As of 2022, it is still open as a bar and nightclub, owned by the Frediani family, but without gaming.
