Rice likely shipped the L-mold chips to CEL & T at 2525 Stockton Blvd., Sacramento, CA, which is a name and address in their client records. 2525 Stockton Boulevard was the home to an AFL Labor Temple, owned by the C.E.L. & T. Association (established 1950) which was a joint ownership of the Carpenters Local 586, Operating Engineers Local 3, Laborers and Hod Carriers Local 185, and the Teamsters Local 150. A "Labor Temple Club" is there when the building opens in 1950, and changes its name to "Labor Center Card Room" around 1955.
