Owned by Roy Grose. Grose later managed the "Harold's Club", and owned the "Louie the Greek Club" (1971-74) and "Roy's Club" (1974- 2000), all licensed cards rooms in Lodi.

T. R. King sold the "RLG" small crown chips in five denominations first to The Friendly Club, in 1964 and later to "Harold's Club", c/o Roy Gross. T. R. King also sold the "EFG" small crown chips, to the Friendly Club, 25 North Sacramento Street, Lodi, CA, in 1967.
