According to the Staeffler California Card Room Guide (2010), it was managed or owned by Everett Orums [EO]. In the 1950s it was called "Tommy's Club Vogue". It became "Kelly's Casino" (see "Became").

The attributions of the "EO" and "V" H&C hot stamp chips are traced to Eastman's Illustrated Guide to California Card Room Gaming Chips & Checks (1998).
