T. R. King sold more than 2000 of these large crown chips in five colors to Glenn A. Briscoe [GAB], 3815 30th Street, San Diego, California, between 1940 and 1943.

The order cards seem to indicate that he likely used these chips at several San Diego gambling establishments at which he had a controlling interest, including the "North Park Billiard Parlor" and the "Victory Club".
