Pool hall, tavern, and licensed card room owned by William L. West. Originally licensed to West in 1965 at 676 Higuera Street. The pool hall remained at that address until the 1970s, but the card room license was moved in late 1965 to 1819 1/2 Osos Street. It was renamed "The Horseshoe Club", also a licensed card room (see "Became").

T. R. King sold 1500 of these small crown chips in four denominations to Westholmes Enterprises, 676 Higuera Street, San Luis Obispo, California, in 1965.
