Owned by Lloyd G. Hickey and Sonja (Sunny) Cantrell. Reportedly only open in Roseville for a couple of months (see "Archive"). The card room is also reported in The Gaming Table (2017) to have been at 32949 Road 159, Ivanhoe, California.

Lloyd and Sunny also co-owned the ”Lone Oak Bar” (Sacramento). Lloyd later owned the ”Forty Grand” (North Sacramento) and the ”El Rancho Hotel and Casino” (West Sacramento), which all had licensed card rooms.
