Night club and unlicensed casino owned and operated by Joe Vasquez in the 1940s and 1950s. Raided in 1947 with slot machines seized. In the late 1930s, Vasquez co-owned the "Arrowhead Club", which also had unlicensed gambling.

T. R. King sold 3800 of these small crown chips in four denominations to Joe Vasquez, Club Oaks, San Bernardino, California, between 1950 and 1957.
