In 1942, Phil Tappen and Jack Levy, were reported to be the operators of the club (see Archive). The club may have also been located briefly at 121 Prairie Avenue.

T. R. King sold more than 6000 of the "OPC" and 9640 of the "121 M" large crown chips to Eddie Middleton, 855 Prairie Ave., Hawthorne, California, between 1938 and 1942.The latter chips are also associated with Philip S. Tappen and Harry Lyons on the order card.
