Owned by brothers Ralph L., Eugene, and J. C. Brown. The first chips were sent and perhaps used at the "Denver Grill" at 762 4th Ave in the early 1940s. By 1944, "Brown's Card Room" is operating at 341 F Street. Referred to as "Brown's Place" on the T. R. King order card.

T. R. King sold to the Browns more than 5000 large crown chips between 1942 and 1959, and more than 2000 small crown chips in 1965 and 1966.
