A licensed card room first owned by James C. Jones. Taken over by C. E. Rolando in 1951. It had several more subsequent owners (see "Archive").

T. R. King sold 2,300 of these small crown chips in four colors to the Pan Club (c/o Jack L. West, and later Red Streeter), 341 Alvarado, Moneterey, California, between 1953 and 1962.(West was also a owner of the Jockey Club, a licensed card room in Monterey, during the 1950s.)
