A licensed card room, with five tables, originally owned by Oscar A. Buletti. Bought by Clarence Jack Delarber in 1945 and owned by him until his sudden death in 1956. Located inside of the State Hotel. Delarber also owned the nearby "Nevada Club", also a licensed card room.

T. R. King sold at least 7,800 of these large crown chips in eight colors/denominations to the State Club, (c/o Jack Delarber), 927 H Street, Modesto, California, between 1952 and 1959.
