Bar, and later a restaurant, originally owned by Tony Enos, Sr., a Portuguese immigrant. It was taken over by his son Tony A. Enos, Jr. in 1951, and owned by him until his death in 2006. The restaurant is still open today.

These are most likely advertising chips, rather than gambling chips.
