In 1912, after 15 months of a gigantic project, the largest casino in France designed by the architect Alexander Durville open to the public -the Casino Municipal de Trouville was inaugurated on 29 June 1912.In the period 1932-1979 was owned by Societè Trouville Balneaire. From 1980 till now , owned by Barriere group.The casino (Barrière) had for a while a decoration on the topic of Louisiana (first themed casino in Europe), and was named Casino Louisiana Follies Trouville
