TITO's printed before that date can only be cashed at Caesars Palace, Main Cage. Cashing in gaming chips below $1,000 can be done at any time, but cashing in a $1,000 gaming chip will require validation of play. The Caesars-based player rewards program has been completely discontinued there and a new program is now in operation, Rio Rewards, with four tier levels. |
