Bar and licensed card room. Roy Roche owned the bar beginning in 1964 and was granted a card room license in 1975. His license was briefly suspended in 1977, after it was discovered that he was allowing high stakes poker games far above the licensed limit. In 1986, Roche was charged with making illegal cash payouts for "Amusement Only" video poker machines in his club (see "Archive").

It was located next door to the "Stage Depot Card Room", which later became "Jo Bell's Card Room".

The attribution of the Block font "CC" DiSq-mold chips is traced to Eastman's Illustrated Guide to California Card Room Gaming Chips & Checks (1998). The attribution of the Script font "CC" DiSq-mold chips is traced to Armin Pfaender's California Chip Guide (2004).
