The address, however, may not be right, as this was the documented address of "Dick's Card Room" (1946-1974), then the "New Orleans Card Club" (1975-1979), and then "Benjie's Card Room" (1980-1986). Not listed in any San Diego directory. It is possible that it was open so briefly that it was never listed.
