4th, "Easy Money" Cartoon Slot
(Virtually identical to above 3rd issue card, except the cartoon slot machine has a RED tongue.
There are also a couple very, very minor font differences. For example, on the second line of
the reverse, the exclamation mark is over the "w" instead of the "h" like the 3rd issue. This red tongue version appears to be much rarer than the white tongue.)
