Licensed card room owned by Noel Paulson. It was located directly across the street from the Cameron Park Air Strip. During the 2000s and 2010s, the casino was the only licensed card room in El Dorado county. Its license for one card table was expanded to two in 2004, and later expanded to three card tables.

The name of the casino is a reference to the Black Sheep marine air attack squadron which flew in the Pacific during WWII.
