Owned by Mike & Dave Paoli. Previously called the "Owl Cigar Store" (see "Was"). The Paoli brothers also co-owned the ”103 Club”, a licensed card room in Ukiah during the 1950s and 1960s. It was previously the "Owl Cigar Store", which also had gaming (see "Was").

According to The Gaming Table (2017), the Portland Card Co. sold the Square in Circle mold "DJP" chips (four colors) and "JD" chips (five colors) to Dave Paoli, 225. N. State Street, Ukiah, California, in 1960.
