Bar and restaurant originally owned by John Beltran. It opened around 1970 and closed in 1997, although gaming probably ended before 1980. It was on the same block as "Cesar's Club".

The attribution of the H&C mold hot stamp chips is traced to Eastman's Illustrated Guide to California Card Room Gaming Chips & Checks (1998).
