According to The Gaming Table (2017, 5th Ed.) (p. 17), the Portland Card Co. (Portland, OR) shipped these SqInCr-mold chips in four colors to L. H. Arthur at 537 Main St., Woodland, CA, in 1955.

The owner of the Sportsmen's Club bar, restaurant, and licensed card room in the 1960s was Talbert Ray Hadlock.
