Owned by Jim Hazel. Beginning in the mid/late 1970s, Hazel also owned the "One Seat Open" a licensed card room on the same block, which opened around the same time that the "Ye Olde" closed. It is possible these chips were used there too.

T. R. King sold 3400 of these small crown chips in eight denominations to Ye Olde Saloon, Vanottis, c/o Jim Hazel, 124 South 1st Street, King City, California, between 1970 and 1972. (Hazel owned both Vanotti's Liquor Store at 124 S. 1st, and the Ye Olde Saloon at 112 S. 1st St.)
