Frank "Buster" Wortman, the gambling boss of East St. Louis and vicinity owned Club Prevue. Buster owned and operated the handbooks for the area also. Other joints operated by Wortman in the area per Bobby Kennedy at a senate committee hearing in 1958, Terrace Lounge, Red Rooster, Club Prevue, Paddock, Empire Lounge, 7800 Club, RR Club, and the Junction T Club. Per the 2 newspaper articles, Bobby missed one of Wortmans joints, The Ranch House Tavern. The CP chips were in use there in 1957. Cops got them again in 1959 at Club Prevue. Taylor & Co. shipped 27000 chips.
