2" wide trinket, seems to be brass coated aluminum. Irregular circular shape. On one side, Caesar Eats Grapes (similar to CG 174514). But the other side is a Frank Sinatra tribute for his return-engagement concert on Jan. 25, 1974. Don't know if these were gifted to concert-goers or a gift shop item.
