Country music nightclub and licensed card room originally owned by Lloyd G. Hickey. Hickey reportedly named the club after the $40,000 he borrowed to finance the club. Hickey previously owned the ”Lone Oak Bar”, and later bought the ”El Rancho”, which both had licensed card rooms.

Also called "40 Grand Country" and "Llyod Hickey's Forty Grand Club". Previously the "1819 Club", also a licensed card room, was at this address.
