Chun Ling Teng, a Taiwanese immigrant, was the licensed majority owner of the club. Managed by his son, Wei Teng. It catered to an Asian clientele, and offered Pai Gow, along with other Asian games. It was across the street from the "Oak Card Club". The "Santa Fe Club" was previously at this address (see "Was").
