Owned by Harlie (Dick) Varner (b. 1907 - d. 1981).

Between 1946 and 1948, T. R. King sold 2500 of the large crown "Just Dick" chips in five denominations to Harlie A. Varner, 3528 Yosemite, San Diego, CA. This was Varner's home address. In 1948, ownership of these chips was transferred to Joseph Huckeba, 851 4th Street, San Diego, CA.

Between 1956 and 1970, T. R. King sold more than 4000 of the small crown "Dick" chips in several denominations and colors to "Dick's Card Room", c/o Harley A. Varner.

Listing (fourth from top) from the 1971 San Diego City Yellow Pages, under "Card Rooms". Note that "Dick's" shared the block with several other card rooms.
