Also called the "Pig Stand Bar and Cafe". It is unclear when exactly gaming began and ended.

T. R. King sold 800 of the small crown chips in five colors to James D. Harness, 2219 Lester Street, Bakersfield, California, in 1974. The attribution of the chips to the Pig Stand is traced to Eastman's Illustrated Guide to California Card Room Gaming Chips & Checks (1998). In 1974, the Pig Stand Cafe was owned by Mrs. Ruby I. Norman.

Advertisement detail from 2/23/1951 (The Bakersfield Californian).
