T. R. King sold 1000 of these large crown chips in five colors to R. Howard Banks at 360 Central Avenue, Shafter, CA in 1950 and another 2200 of these chips to the Roma Cafe (Buttonwillow, CA) in 1951 and 1954.

Eastman's Illustrated Guide to California Card Room Gaming Chips & Checks (1998) attributes these chips to "Banks & Howard" (30148 Tulare Ave., Shafter). Also likely used at the "Roma Cafe" in the 1950s.
