15th issue: "The Club at Pechanga SILVER" (Large "P" over text on obverse with black insert text, gray reverse with logo at left with "Pechanga Resort Casino" in the logo, reverse now mentions "No gaming activity..." in the 3rd and 4th lines. Casino added "gaming" to the text with this issue.)
