T. R. King sold 1400 of these small crown chips in four denominations to Earl Duel, c/o Rusty's Card Room, 112 North Main Street, Bishop, California between 1969 and 1973. They were likely used there.

Pfaender (2021) and Staeffler (2019), however, associate these chips with "Time Out" (1960s), and "Johnny's" (1970s), both on West Ridgecrest Blvd. in Ridgecrest, CA.
