Was: Binky's Card Room
3813 30th St.
San Diego, California
Type: Card Room
Status: Closed
Open: 1963, Close: 1979

The "North Park Card Room" was owned by Lytle Kinnaird and opened in 1963 at 3813 30th Street, San Diego. "Binky's Card Room" was previously at that address and the club was taken over by Kinnaird after the previous owner's death in 1962. He renamed the club the following year.

According to the T. R. King order cards, Kinnaird also acquired the rights to the "La Mesa Card Room" chips (around 7000 of these "DOC" chips that had been used there in the 1940s and 1950s) and ordered more of the 5 cent chips in 1964 and 1969. The LCV TH&C chips were likely ordered later.

Listing (6th from top) from the 1965 San Diego City Yellow Pages, under "Card Rooms".
